Aromatic Description: Has a very sweet, rich aroma that strongly smells like licorice.

Color: Clear in color

Habitat: Anise is native to Egypt, Crete, Greece and Asia Minor.

Traditionally Used For: Coughs, Colds, Bronchitis, Heartburn, Digestive Problems, Flatulence, Bloating, Colic, Nausea, Menstrual Cycle Relief, Menstrual Pain, Whooping Cough, Impotence, Scabies, Lice, Toothache Pain, Milk Production for Nursing Mothers, Flu, Muscle Aches and Rheumatism.
